Lease approvals:

all lease approvals, pre-qualifications, pre-approvals, and the like are only made by Speed Leasing in writing. Approvals, pre-qualifications and pre-approvals are conditional in accordance with their terms except as specifically provided for in writing and signed by Speed Leasing.

Consumer Reports:

By applying for credit, you authorize us to obtain consumer reports about you now or in the future as long as you owe us money. We may report information about your performance under any lease agreement to credit reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments and defaults may be reported. This may negatively impact your ability to receive financial products or advances from other companies or to write checks.

Identity Verification:

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. As a result, under our customer identification program, we must ask for your name, street address, mailing address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. While Speed Leasing will use all of its reasonable efforts to have your application fully processed on or before any anticipated closing date, some process are not under our control. For instance, Speed Leasing cannot be responsible for delays in lease approval due to: the untimely receipt of required documentation or any other matters beyond Speed Leasing’s reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW:

You agree that these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of this website shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

SEVERABILITY:

You agree that if any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be found to be unlawful or void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of such other provisions.
