Speed Leasing has made additions to its underwriting and sales teams with the hiring of Mindance Jones and Amanda White, the company has announced.
Jones joins the team as a field sales representative supporting dealers located in the southeastern region of the U.S., concentrating on North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Previously, she was the head of sales for Bedrock Funding and regional sales manager for Motolease Financial.
“The Southeast has been and will always be a critical part of the country as far as originations are concerned,” Chief Sales Officer Frank Dionisi told Powersports Finance. “Having coverage there is critical, and having someone with the industry knowledge that [Jones] does is invaluable to Speed Leasing and our dealer partners.”

White, meanwhile, is an underwriter and is responsible for approving loans and supporting the dealer network. Prior to Speed Leasing, she was the head underwriter for Bedrock Funding and assistant regional underwriter for Motolease Financial.
“At Speed Leasing, we try to address needs before they become needs,” Dionisi said. “Our current growth in lease originations and our growing dealership base dictated that we add field coverage as well as an additional underwriter to further expand our hours of operation.”
Dania Beach, Fla.-based Speed Leasing provides leases for Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycles. The company works with 400 dealer partners in 22 states.
